Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Monday

Gotta do this fast because I have an exam to study for and a paper to write.  Ugh. 7:30am - 12 oz sf ff caramel macchiato 8:30am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 20 oz water - wicked sugar low - down to 43 10am - a golden delicious apple and a cheese stick 10:30am - 15.2 oz 100% orange juice in an effort to raise my blood sugar 20 oz water 1pm - 1/2 a beef taco, 8 cucumber slices and 2 oz macaroni / broccoli salad 20 oz water 4pm - 3 oz peanuts 20 oz water 7pm - 1/2 a slice of deep dish pizza and in a few minutes I'm starting in on some more water.  How's the food out there? EDITED TO ADD: I quit the main board.  Officially - it sucks.  If I post there again cyber-smack me.  There are some really nice people there - truly - really sweet and wonderful ladies that have always had my back since I started coming to obesityhelp like 3 years ago.  Some of them even sent me cards when I was in complication hell in the hospital.  But the pervasive BIOTCHY, judgemental, self righteous crapola makes me crazy.  And some people don't listen.  You post something meaningful and nicely worded as possible in response to a question - and I KNOW WHAT THE HECK I'M TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 2 YEARS NOW AND HAVE DONE DAMN GOOD FOR MYSELF - and they don't listen.  They ask the question, but don't want to hear the answer.  Whatever.  What they want to hear is - Don't take your vitamins they aren't important, eat whatever you want - you totally deserve a treat now and then even if your treats outnumber your actual meals, don't exercise - naturally skinny people don't have to exercise and it is hard anyway so why bother, go ahead and be *****y to the people in your life that are still overweight - that'll really help your self-esteme, after all it is THEIR problem that they are still fat and why would anyone feel worse about themselves when they watch you lose weight and become a self-righteous member of the food police - just as if you never ate exactly that same junk and you wouldn't still be eating it if you hadn't had WLS, and it isn't egotistical at all when you lord your weight loss and awesome new body over people and then complain about the "jealousy" that results - again, totally their problem, how in the world do you find it in you to come off that high horse to honor us mere mortals with your presence, and then complain all you want about that tiny bulge of excess skin until you can't see all that is awesome in your life.  Whatever.  I quit.     Steps off soapbox.   I'm just glad it isn't like that 'round here.

I've never been on the main board, and never plan on going there...I get enough drama from the crazy DS board, which I steer clear of these days too!  The 20s forum is where it's at!!! :) I just got back from my FINAL and turning in my paper...the final was hella easy so I was sooo happy!!  Wahooo...I'm done with classes for the semester!!!!  So here's my food for the day....

- 1 egg over easy with hot sauce

- 2 pieces of Canadian bacon

- 1 slice American cheese

- 2 cups popcorn

- 6 chicken nuggets

- ¼ cup frozen yogurt

- ½ whole wheat tortilla with 2 slices of American cheese and mustard

- 1 jolly rancher, 1 mini-milky way dark, 1 mini-twix, 1 tootsie pop (during test!)

- 2 hard tacos

- 1 meximelt

- 1 no sugar added strawberry popsicle

Yes for the most part I steer clear of the main board to. Way to much drama on there at times. Its crazy. pre breakfast- Protein cocoa breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs with corn and bean salsa snack- Atkins Caramel Lattee Protein drink lunch- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 12 almonds walked 1.5 miles on lunch break snack- protein cocoa dinner- 1/3 cup kashi cereal with skim milk ad 12 almonds snack- protein cocoa walked 2 miles after dinner 60 oz water
