Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!
I FINISHED MY PAPER!! Wahooo...after 6 hours in the library I got it finished by 8pm, which was my goal...so I was happy!!! The only problem was that I didn't bring sufficient snacks to the library so I was stuck snacking on monster trail mix which has m&m and chocolate chips...hey, at least I didn't finish the whole bag of 'em! :) AND...I was so happy I did my work out this morning and did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster....the stairmaster always kills me!!! I wanted to stop after 10 minutes, but pushed myself and made it the whole 30 minutes and I felt super good afterward! :)
- 8 chicken nuggets
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with 2 pieces of American cheese and mustard
- 1 ½ cups trail mix (throughout the afternoon at the library while writing my paper)
- 3 oz steak with A1 and hot sauce
- 1/4th cup chicken rice - 1 cup of popcorn
Work out---30 minute Stairmaster, 15 minutes bike = 45 minutes I've had a fantastic week off...I'm sad that it's back to the real world tomorrow!!!
