Official 2 months!

I guess I'm technically 2 months out today...it's a bittersweet day.  I hit 50 pounds lost, but still dealing with losing one of my best friends from high school almost 4 years ago.  Today would have been his birthday.  I spent 4 hours with his family last night....his mom always said I belonged at their house and that I should have been her daughter in law.  That's how close Dominick and I were...even until he died.  Good news...she's having the sleeve June 23rd, so her and I can do this together!

Anyhow, I've not been the best patient the past week and half, so I have to reevaluate and keep going in the right direction, but this is the best decision I've ever made.  I'm already feeling the differences in my body as far as health so I can't believe how I'm going to feel when I have all the weight off.  Anyhow, just wanted to post on how happy I was, even with the little minor things that have happened (dehydration, being sick twice), I wouldn't change it for the world.

Next goal---50 pounds (I guess my next mini goal is the next 5 pounds, then I will have less than 100 to lose)

Hey Ronda, I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your friend...those anniversaries are always the saddest...That is really great though that you can share your experience with his Mom.  I'm sure he's looking down and really proud of the decision you've made and cheering you on with your amazing weight loss and watching you get super healthy! :)  50 pounds in 2 months?!?!  That's FANTASTIC!!!!!  Congrats on your awesome work and your 2 month surgiversary! :)
