Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Saturday!
Howdy! I have been baby sitting my nephew since yesterday afternoon (my sister is at a conference). And so it has been a busy day running around after Sam (he's 2 1/2 and very, very busy) though I did have time to cook and of course eat...
8am - 8 oz black coffee, 1/2 a waffle w/ apple chunks in it (that I made myself!) topped w/ fresh strawberries and a dollup of whipped cream
20 oz water
Noon - 4 oz broccoli and chicken and 2 crab rangoon (Sam and I split a box of Chinese take out - he digs lo mein)

2pm - 6 slices of cucumber, 1 oz peanut butter M&M's
20 oz water
6:30pm - 4 oz steak caesar salad and 2 oz french onion soup (all made from scratch by me)
20 oz water
10:30pm - 3 cream cheese wantons
So we were doing pretty well until the wantons, but truly, I have bruises all over my knees from crawling all over tarnation with Sam playing cars and trains and all kinds of other little boy fun. We went for a walk, slid down slides, read books and we even watched 101 Dalmations (and I made him waffles and other exciting snacks). He is now safely back in his mother's care and I am exhausted. Kids are hard work.

Hello Hello! Here's my food for the day....
- 4 oz steak with A1
- ¾ cup chicken rice
-
- ½ cup trail mix
- ½ ham and American cheese wrap on whole wheat tortilla with light mayo and mustard
- 1 slice of American cheese
- Out to eat- Spaghetti Factory- 1 piece of garlic cheese bread, side salad with pesto dressing, 4oz chicken
- Milk Duds at the movies…bad decision! Still no paper...ahhh!! Tomorrow is going to be a loooong day of research and writing!!!! Wish me luck! I will NOT turn to food during the stress though! :)
