Eatin' Good Friday Edition...

Hey, I didn't see Amy post this yesterday so thought I'd go ahead and post....I started typing down everything I'm eating in a word document so I don't forget throughout the day!!!!  Yesterday I felt like I ate all day long!!!  AH!  Here's what I ate:

- ½ ham and American cheese wrap on whole wheat tortilla with light mayo and mustard

- 1 sweet and salty nature valley nut bar

- 1 slice of American cheese

- 5 chicken nuggets with honey mustard

- ¾ cup Dreyers frozen yogurt blends berry granola

- ½ ham and American cheese wrap whole wheat tortilla with light mayo and mustard

- ½ cup trail mix

- 1 egg

- 2 pieces of Canadian bacon

- ½ cup frozen yogurt The new Dreyer's frozen yogurt blends are EVIL....at least they are pretty low in sugar and fat...just sooo addicting....I shouldn't buy anymore!!!  Hahaha... I also did 30 minutes of Pilates for my workout today! Hope you are all having a great weekend...I'm procrastinating WAY too much...Uhg, my last Research Methods class is on Monday and we have a huge paper due and a FINAL....I studied a little bit for the final last night...but really need to study more...and I have yet to start my paper!!!  AH!!!  Luckily I'm meeting a friend from school at the library tomorrow so we can work away all day long.... :) Happy Saturday!

It may look like a lot, but it really isn't.  You look like you are eating very well.  I have been playing mommy for my nephew yesterday while my sister is away at a conference (he's 2 1/2) so not a whole lot of computer time.  I'm glad you picked up the post!   For Friday: 7:30 - 16 oz sf ff caramel macchiato 20 oz water 11am - 1/2 cup fruit salad (strawberries, watermelon, apples, grapes and catalope) and 2 oz cucumber slices 20 oz water 1:30pm - 4 oz bourbon chicken (it is an Asian dish that my college cafeteria has a funny name for...because as far as I can tell there is no bourbon involved) 20 oz water 6pm - 1/2 the insides of a toasted supremo sub at Pizza Hut (pepperoni, ham, salami, provalone cheese, tomato, lettuce and a bit of creamy Italian dressing) 20 oz water 8:30pm - The other half of the insides of the supremo sub I hope your research is going well!  Get that paper done missy!
