Eatin' Good in the 20 Neighborhood - Wednesday

Howdy 20 somethings.  It was a FABULOUS day here in Wisconsin - temps in the 70's!!!!  Amazing.  You have no idea how almost hot 70 degrees feels after the wicked winter we have lived through up here.  Geeze.   And I ate pretty well... 7:30am - 16 oz sf ff caramel macchiato 20 oz water 1pm - 8 thin slices of cucumber and 4 oz of chicken stir fry 20 oz water 4pm - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 20 oz water 7pm - leftover cheese fondue sauce from last night with 4 pieces of broccoli, 2 pieces of cauliflower, 2 chunks of baguette and 2 oz steak.  mmmmmmm. So how is the eating out there?

Let's see... B- Protein Shake S- Protein Bar L- 4 bites grilled chicken, 2 tortilla chips with salsa S- Protein Bar, Strawberries D- Protein Shake Ugh do we see a trend here?!  I'm struggling getting protein from food.  I HATE shakes, and I feel like bars are nothing but cheating because it's like a candy bar!  They only have 1g  of sugar though, and no sugar alcohols.  Maybe it's just me?

The weather out here in NorCal was WONDERFUL as well, I laid out by the pool after my workout...I laid out a little TOO long though and got really burned....look a little lobster-esque...haha.  I ate pretty well yesterday too!!!  I'm trying to even see if I can remember what I ate....lets see here.....I have a hard time eating breakfast before working out, and since I have the week off I've been sleeping in, getting up to work out, so kind of not eating breakfast....but yesterday I tried this gross protein drink, only drank about half of it....then when I got done working out and laying out I came back and had 2 oz. of ham and a slice of american cheese, about two hours later I had some chicken apple sausage pesto pasta I had leftover, then I went to the coffeeshop where I meet some of my friends to crochet and I had a banana, two sugar free decaf vanilla lattes (my friend works there and I get everything free!!! pretty nice perk!), a cheese and spinach quiche was for dinner...oh and I think i had a sf raspberry popsicle when I got back in from the pool.  I'm staying out of the sun today!! :)
