update...

hello everyone!
Well its been 2 months exactly today since my surgery and I feel great!!!!  I have so much more energy and am not tired after work like before.  I have lost 53 pounds and the nurse told me I have lost 22% of my body fat.  I am so glad I did this and its the best thing thats happened to me...i am ready for a new start.

How is everyone else doing and how do you feel????

Hey Charlotte, Wow, 53 pounds in two months?!?!  That's AMAZING!!!  CONGRATS!!!!  I'm glad to hear you are feeling wonderful!  I'm 8 months out and feeling FANTASTIC as well....I too feel like having WLS is the best decision I've ever made and it has been life changing for sure!!!  I'm always amazed at the things I can now do and how great I feel!  I'm sooo thankful for my tool! :) Congrats again and keep up the good work! A loss of 23% body fat is freaking awesome. way to go girl! I am at four months out now and down 89 pounds. So I think Im doing pretty good!
