We began counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and will continue through June 1st, with reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday. The week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday.

Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 605 minutes
Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 340 minutes
Week 3 – April 14 - April 20
Week 4 – April 21 – April 27
Week 5 – April 28 – May 4
Week 6 – May 5 – May 11
Week 7 – May 12 - May 18
Week 8 – May 19 – May 25
Week 9 – May 25 - June 1
TOTAL = 945 minutes
So much for my personal goal of no less than 600 minutes a week. . . Work interfered with all other obligations in my life, and I'm not a happy camper when this happens. I need to be active to feel balanced and operating on an even keel. Nevertheless, WEEK THREE is a new beginning. . . My dogs had their 3 mile walk this morning, which makes for a contented household, and I will get a nice run in tonight, which makes for a contented Erin.
Enough of my blather, how was your week?
I also am believing that week 3 is a new beginning, did not do so well this week due to still feeling stuffed up and sick...i'm beginning to think it's more allergies than a cold....allergy season is in full swing out here and i think it's kicking my butt...luckily I've started some allergy meds, so that should help...AND, I have the next week off work because it's spring break at the school I work at...SO, my goal this week is to work out every day and get back on track with my 5k training....
week 1- 275 (was sick that week tooooo)
week 2- 100
Total so far....375
The weight is still coming off though even though I haven't felt well enough to hit the gym...I'm .7 pounds away from ONEDERLAND!!!!!! I'm hoping it will happen by tomorrow or the next day, especially with the working out I'm going to be doing!!! :)

I dont really have a goal cept to workout when I can! Its hard working two jobs. I didnt workout Sunday as planned but ran a zillion errands and decided on a nap instead of working out - hey a girl needs her beauty rest!!
I did have a big *wow* this week - I was able to run 2 miles without stopping. Woooo thats a personal best! Last I did 1.25 miles and had to stop... this time I challenged myself and did it. Tonite I am going to try again and see if I can run the entire 2 miles without stopping.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
