Stalls are normal throughout the weight loss phase...don't worry!!!  The weight will start coming off again!!!!!!  Maybe you could up your protein intake a little bit??  Sometimes when you're doing everything right you still stall...don't stress too much about it...and don't weigh yourself for like a week and see what happens...

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.

Stalls are very normal - have you checked your inches? Either way 46g of protein is way too low - thats below the reccomended amount for most *normal* non-WLS people. I would check with your surgeon/NUT about the amount they reccomend - also check online for what is reccomended for a person of your height, age, weight... typically the minumim is 60g... not getting enough protein can hinder weightloss - it plays an important role in the body so its important to be eating enough of it each day.

I was only getting in about 55 grams a day, and the weight was slowly slowly dropping.  I got myself up to my goal of 81 grams a day, and have lost 6 lbs in 4 days.  I'm only 8 weeks out, but protein and fluids are key!
