Ex-T 2.0 - Body movin', Body movin'. . .
I did 60 minutes yesterday
and I pushed myself and ran 1.5 miles without stopping... before my 'best' was 1 mile... I ran the 1.5, rested for .25, then ran another .25 mile up a slight hill... yaaaaaay me!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

My eye surgeon and a few other eye doctors told me no exercise for a week, as they don;t want sweat getting in my eyes.

To go sans glasses and/or contacts, and I was 20/400, it's WELL worth it.
Thursday activity for me:
90 minutes hiking
30 minutes riding around the neighborhood on my kid's scooter with them
45 minute round trip family walk to the grocery store - eco-freindly shopping! no gas, and no wasted plastic bags cuz I brought my backpack....I'm turning into such a hippie, I should go out and buy Birkenstocks!
165 minutes for today!
