It's really nothing to be flustered about.
Mine was about 3 hours long, but 1.5 was me sitting at a computer and answering questions about if I'd like to be a singer, etc. Some were really off the wall. Then the last 1.5 hours was going through the results of the computer stuff, and the psychologist talking about what to expect with the changes. It will be fine...I promise!

My psych eval was a JOKE - basically its purpose was to 'prove' I was competant enough to make my own decisions.. .also that I knew what I was getting myself into with this surgery.
It was barely an hour long and pretty much a waste of my time *shrug*
also my psych eval dood was from africa and I could barely understand what he said! lol.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5

Thigh Lift revision 10/2021
My pysch eval was very easy goiing. The psychatrist basically just asked if I knew what kind of changes I would have to make, and would go through after the surgery. Then she went over my drinking habits (I rarely ever had a drink), and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. That was it. Also If you have/had deppresion, anxiety or other issues I would be honest but explain everything you have done to deal with these issues. Alot of people have to fill out a super long questionere. I did not but I did have to fill out a form covering my families mental health background.
Best wishes

My eval was about 3 weeks ago, I remember not being nervous until I got in there, but I settled back down quickly. It was a really casual meeting lasted maybe 45 minutes. She asked a lot of behavioral type questions (like she said walk me through a day and what and when might you eat...another question are you an emotional eater) these questions made me start thinking about how I am, habits I have, and how I abuse food. Basially my visit was food for thought.
You will do wonderful!!
Seriously, you have no reason to be nervous! Unless you are crazy. Then you should be nervous.
Mine was VERY easy, it only took....20 minutes, TOPS! He asked me a couple questions.... about whether or not I had depression or anxiety.... and then he asked me to spell "WORLD" backwards. No joke. I spelt it correctly, and passed the psych eval :-) haha, good luck with it though!!!! I'm sure you will do fine!

I was also very nervous about mine, however the person that did mine said that no one he has ever evaluated was denied for surgery based on the evaluation. He asked me a few questions about my self then I had to answer like 400 questions and some questions asked twice and the same question asked in several different ways to make sure your answers are consistent. You will be fine just be honest
