What are your goals for the latest exerthon
Hi wanted to know what everyones goals are for the latest exerthon?
My current goals are...
1.Workout at least 60 minutes EVERYDAY. LOL alread getting off to a bad start for this one cause I was in the emergency room yesterday. Oh well there is always today.
2. To master the stairs. This is a huge annoyance of mine. I still get winded when I climb the stairs, so I have decided to add running stairs to my exercise routine-
AND FINALLY...
3. To join the century club. I only have 20lbs to go!

Good goals. I ain't got any. Aftert the last one, I'm ready to just chill, and role with however it goes.
OMG Shasta that's awesome! 20 lbs away, you must be so excited! Hope you're ok (from the er thing).
1. I want to work out at least 4 days per week. I've been leaving early lately so I've been skipping the gym too. Bad Jen.
2. I want to run more than 1 minute on the treadmill. I usually sneak in 1 minute into my regular treadmill thing and I'd like to do more, maybe alternate run/walk by the end of this thing.
3. My lunges are absolutely pathetic. By the end of this, I'd like to do lunges without wobbling, falling, or giving up.
4. I'd like to lose 2 more inches in bust, waist, and hips each by the end of the Exer-T (in other words, lose a size).
My goal is to be able to run a 5K by the end of the exerthon. Previously I was able to run 1 mile without stopping, last night I ran 1.5.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Great idea for a post, Shasta! Keep us moving. . .
My big goal for the entirety is to log no less than 600 minutes a week.
I am also upping my running distance to 17-20 miles per week (which will coincide with my times) and increase my speed. I have two 5Ks scheduled during Ex-T 2.0, and I am working towards getting my pace under 10 min/mi.
Hopefully whatever sent you to the ER has been rectified. . . Is everything as it should be?
