Newbie

Just wanted to say hey :)  just joined the site yesterday and im so happy i found this forum. Ive needed to find people my age that are getting/ have gotten the surgery since everyone i have met in support groups and such are older. Im 21 and will get getting my surgery sometime this summer. Anyways i  hope everyone has a great week!!

Welcome! I just found the site a month or so ago and I love it already! I havent posted much in here yet but im sure I will soon!!! Its nice to see other people our age going through what we are too!

Hello, and welcome!! Congrats on making this decision at yoru age. I have thought about this off and on since I was 20. I am now 25, will be 26 in July. I am hoping for a May surgery date!! I have an appointment with suregon next Thursday and I will be ready to submit to my insurance at that time!!
