Surgery yesterday.
Had my Lap Band put in yesterday morning. Everything went well. I can only get down about half an ounce of Jello today. Everytime I swallow it hurts and I was just wondering if that was normal? I just may have to liquidate my Jello. 
Other than the gas pain I am feeling fine and just thought I would pop in and say Hello. I'm off to get my protein ( I know , I procrastinate) and liquid vitamins.

Its normal to have throat/swallowing pain - afterall you had a tube down it :-) People usually say after a few days to a week they feel better. Glad everything went well and welcome back!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
