Ah, the dreaded "plateau" it happens to the best of us. My big plateau coincidentally also kicked in around three months. How long it lasts will be impossible to answer though. You can do everything right and still be stuck on the scale. I guess my only advice would be to mix things up - if you're still on an Low Calorie Diet - say less then 1000 calories a day - then start eating more calories each day, with an emphasis on protein...Ifn the less likely scenario that you're eating more then you need like say 2000 calories or more, then you'll want to cut back...Of course, exercise could play a role too....but I think that usually your body just needs to figure it out on its own schedule...One other tip - meausure yourself, you might be encouraged to find that while the pounds aren't dropping your inches may be...Good luck!
