They brought in BBQ today. If it had already been covered in sauce, I'd be outta luck! Thankfully, it was not, and I am able to partake in my tiny portion. People who didn't know I had surgery just kinda looked at me funny for getting so little!

Huzzah! My work keeps giving us pizza, baked goods, and ice cream ALL directly behind my desk I might add (I sit in front). Soooooo annoying! I had to smell greasy pizza and sweet brownies all day long
Co-workers are evil!!! If you follow your no eating for x amount of minutes after drinking rule religiously, then try forcing yourself to drink something right when the food gets there, then you won't be "allowed" to give in...
