Ex-T 2.0 starts MONDAY - Are you a joiner?!?!
In Brock's absence, we are starting Exter-thon 2.0 next Monday, March 31st. While he continues to collect everyone's total times for the duration of the first Ex-T, we are going to keep things flowing. The "rules" are the same: every Monday for nine weeks all participants (THAT MEANS YOU!) post the number of minutes he/she exercised over the previous week. On June 2nd, we will tally the total time for the Board.
I will sample Brock's powers for motivation. . .
"No goals! No quotas! Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 3/31-6/2 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!"

In response to your question, we will begin counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday. Using the same concept that Brock devised for the first Ex-T, the week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday.
