Ex-T 2.0 starts MONDAY - Are you a joiner?!?!

In Brock's absence, we are starting Exter-thon 2.0 next Monday, March 31st.  While he continues to collect everyone's total times for the duration of the first Ex-T, we are going to keep things flowing.  The "rules" are the same: every Monday for nine weeks all participants (THAT MEANS YOU!) post the number of minutes he/she exercised over the previous week. On June 2nd, we will tally the total time for the Board.  I will sample Brock's powers for motivation. . .   "No goals!  No quotas!  Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 3/31-6/2 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!" Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

Welcome aboard, Shan!  In response to your question, we will begin counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday.  Using the same concept that Brock devised for the first Ex-T, the week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein  the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday. Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 Week 4 – April 21 – April 27 Week 5 – April 28 – May 4 Week 6 – May 5 – May 11 Week 7 – May 12 - May 18 Week 8 – May 19 – May 25 Week 9 – May 25 - June 1

ok I feel like a total loser ...I joined the  last one but not did to much of anything...but the weather is much better now here in georgia so I have been walk around my neighberhood lately...so I would like to join up again ..please !!!
