ever see a death certificate for someone who died from obesity?! I just did

Ok I work at a company that uses contracts and if someone dies, we need a copy of the death certificate to close . Well, I just got one and Im going thru it and it reads, male age 44 Terminating Causes: ventricular disease, coronary artery disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and MORBID OBESITY. all of these i believe would have been caused by obesity... ok I need my approval like, NOW! I always hear these things can happen to me, (already gotz the diabetes at my 270 pound weight) and am like, 'it wont happen to me.' well i was just proved that the hell it cant!...good lesson for me to learn because i went and had a burger for lunch...
