Exer-thon 2.0 begins in a week and a day!

In Brock's absence, we are starting Exter-thon 2.0 next Monday, March 31st.  While he continues to collect everyone's total times for the duration of the first Ex-T, we are going to keep things flowing.  The "rules" are the same: every Monday for nine weeks all participants (THAT MEANS YOU!) post the number of minutes he/she exercised over the previous week. On June 2nd, we will tally the total time for the Board.  I will sample Brock's powers for motivation. . .   "No goals!  No quotas!  Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 3/31-6/2 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!"

Perfect finale.  I ran my first 5K in February. . .  Ex-T is a great motivator for staying on track with your training.  Great goals, Kim!

I'm in, but I'm afraid I won't be much more help than I was last time. During the 1.0 era I started late and for 2.0 I'll be going in for plastics about 2 weeks into it. I will do my best to contribute, though! Looking forward to it! L

Count those minutes they have you up and walking following surgery. . .(yeah, because I'm sure that will be your top priority, "Some one time me! while I walk down the hall and back with my bag on wheels.") Best of luck with your reconstruction!  I, too, have been close to, but not at, my goal weight for over a year. . .and am ready to say take it off NOW.
