In mid-January, I had a thought. Create something where you track exercise for 2 months and see what you accomplish. The exer-thon was born.
I came up with a personal goal. I wanted to exercise an hour a day for 2-months.
As of tonight, a day before exer-thon completion, I REACHED THAT GOAL!

And rest I shall. My first order of business when I get there is to buy a hammock. String that thing up and not go in the house for a week.

I am sad to say I didnt work out Wednesday because I was stuck at work late... and I didnt work out Thursday because I had a horrible headache :-(
However I am happy to report I did a 5K and ran about 2 miles of it total (ran 1 mile, walked, ran another mile, walked)
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
