*droooool* dooooonut...  /Homer Sick, didn't feel like eating. 1/2 oz ham, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 egg omlette (12g) s/f mint chocolate pudding with 1/2 scoop protein powder (11g) 1/2 package Just the Cheese (2.5g) (made me feel worse today) chicken, cheese and alfredo "pizza" using low-carb small tortilla (??) Don't even ask about liquids.  Maybe 30oz.  I'm sick, my son is sick (all over his bed tonight, actually)...and no, I didn't work out.  Eating is a chore now, measuring, weighing, bah.  I just don't want to eat at all. *sigh*

Awe, I'm sorry Jen.  You are probably in the  "food is nasty" phase...normal...but awful.  I hope you and your son are feeling better soon!  It is so hard when they are sick!

I did pretty good today! first thing in the morning i drank my usual cofee with a little skim milk and sf coffeemate first "meal"  4 oz of sliced honey ham rolled up with shaved parmesean cheese and dipped in honey mustard later - more of the same coffee - someone had to finish the pot! second "meal"  left over chicken kabob from last night (three chunks of chicken breast with bell peppers - grilled) and a few more slices of honey ham dinner - six ounces of grilled filegt mignon and a 1/2 cup of fresh steamed grean beans with margarine and salt - yum yum! My dog got the last ounce of the steak - lucky dog, he loves my RNY too! snack - two big whole grain crackers with pb and sf jam on em late night - four ounces of turkey breast with more shaved parmesean and honey mustard...

Hey, now that is a good day!  And it wasn't so bad, was it?  I am jealous of the pb and sf jam...both make me dump almost as badly as cereal with milk.  But hey, if it works, then awesome.  Yay Mike!

I'm just going to start off by saying that this was a horrible food day for me...enough said.  Breakfast: 2 eggs sunny side up, 2 slice of 45 calorie bread, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 slices of bacon and 4 oz. of orange juice Mid-morning Snack: 100 calorie milky way Lunch: small slice of chocolate cake and a high protein slim fast shake Snack on the way home from work: bean burrito with sour cream and a beef taco with sour cream and a small diet coke from Taco Bueno. How sad is this? I had like one dollar in my checking and I really needed to put gas in my car because the light had come on and I don't get paid until Friday so I borrowed $20 from my mom's tithe money (she knew about it) to put gas in my car and what did I do? I used $5 of it to eat at Taco Bueno. Yikes! I'm out of control.  Snack before dinner: Cadbury Creme Egg Dinner: Giant Cheeseburger with cheese and mayo only and a small fry from Griff's. This was mom's idea.  Consumed 81 oz. of water for the day.

Cadbury creme eggs are the devil.  Being not several more days before surgery... they are addicting... you can't just eat one...
