Eatin Good in the 20's Neighborhood - TUESDAY!
So I'm totally going to Rome! Yeah. I'm waiting for a couple little things to come through then I am totally going (provided nothing health-wise goes too terribly wrong between now and May....knock on wood...). Just thought I'd let yall know.
8am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax (I am finishing this box and then I am giving up these for a while...they make me crave carbs and that is just not a good thing, but in the meantime they are yummy)
9:30am - sf ff caramel macchiato w/ a double shot of espresso
20 oz water
11:30am - 1/4 a chicken quesadilla (for some reason this made me feel like I ate rocks...)
40 oz water
3:30pm - 1/3 a pepperoni calzone
20 oz water
6:30pm - 4 oz mongolian beef w/ peppers, onions and a little bit (2 tablespoons) of rice
20 oz water
9:30pm - 1/3 cup mini beef ravioli w/ sauce (also made me feel like I ate rocks...)
And now I'm working on some water before bed. It is SO busy for me at school. I love it, but I hate not having time to be here.
How's eating out there?

Ugh I think I'm coming down with a cold. I didn't feel like eating but I made an effort.
3 oz chicken salad made w/ Fage and 5 wheat crackers (13g)
Protein shake made w/ cherries and soy milk (27g)
Turkey pepperoni and monterey jack cheese (21g)
3 oz refried beans with 1/2 oz cheese (8g)
48 oz fluids thus far, attempting another 24 before bed with last round of vitamins.
25 minutes interval cardio and 5 minutes stretching (too sore from yesterday for strength training)
