Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Thursday!
I spent most of the day driving around (well, after I took a 2-hour essay exam...) so my eating was mostly car friendly stuff bought through a drive thru window.
6am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf hazelnut davinci syrup
10 oz water
9am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
20 oz water
11am - 2/3 grilled snack wrap from McDonalds (w/out 1/2 of the tortilla and 1/2 the ranch dressing to make it edible...)
20 oz water
while driving - 2 oz peanuts, 2 oz raw almonds
(2pm - appt w/ Dr. Baker and I was there until 4:30)
5pm - 1 fresco chicken taco from Taco Bell
10 oz water / 12 chai latte made w/ sugar free mix and skim milk
and I am currently working on a 20 oz bottle of water, which I probably won't finish because I am completely exhausted. I'm off to bed and I promise to catch up with the boards tomorrow....

B - Black and White protein shake (black cherry and white chocolate syrups)
S - 1oz ham, 1 oz cheese, 1 egg omlette
L - 3 beef fiesta bites w/ 2tbsp sour cream
S - 1 oz monterrey jack cheese
D - 3 spoons miso soup, 4 bites lettuce w/ ranch, 1 mushroom, shrimp, scallop, and small piece sirloin each.
S - 2 oz chicken salad made with Fage and a little mayo and dijon
Vitamins: 1/2 taken, 1/2 about to be taken
Liquids: About 50 oz
Lets see...my memory has been HORRIBLE lately...I hope I can even remember what I ate today!!!!! I'll try....
Breakfast--- 1 babybel cheese, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat
Snack--- 1 babybel cheese (love these little things...they are the ones wrapped in wax)
Lunch--- 1/2 ham sandwich with spicy mustard and light mayo on whole wheat, 6 whole wheat pita chips, 1 babybel cheese
Snack--- 6 mini-crostinis with hummus
Dinner---SUSHI---had my new favorite roll called the Ninja roll...made with calamari instead of rice...spicy tuna wrapped in calamari and lightly fried and topped with delicious sauces...great because no rice and SOO yummy!!! and 10 edamame, 2 pieces of california roll.
Well, I'm off to bed early tonight! Night everyone!
I basically ate 2 dinners yesterday, lovely eh? I still had some sugar too :-(
pre-b - soy chai latte

s - 6 raw almonds
l - qdoba kids meal - shredded beef taco, few chips and salsa.. I didnt eat the soft taco shell, picked all the meat/cheese/sour cream out, kids cup of NSA vanilla 'ice cream' from marbel slab
s - couple bites cottage cheese, handful red grapes, 1 slice of turkey
lunch break at 2nd job - 1/2 a turkey, brie, apple, lettuce wrap...
while at work I had 4 pieces of double milk chocolate that they were sampling (*******s it was AMAZING!), and about 10-15 jelly beans (damn those jelly beans!)
d - 1/2 of a small lean hambuger, salad, and 1/2 of a small baked tater
Thankfully I do not work the 2nd job tonite... I am going to run a 5K after work.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
