I hope everyone is moving!  We had a blasted snow storm overnight, so I spent over an hour of my morning with a shovel in my hands.  Thus missed my morning elliptical workout, wanted to get started shoveling.  Hope to make up for it today and this evening. You all movin'?

I am trying to move! My last week total was sad... got in 3 days of exercise for 140 minutes total I think? I did work out 40 minutes yesterday and the day before... sadly I work tonite and tomorrow nite so no working out... I will work out Friday... Saturday is a grueling 9-6 shift so I am sure I will be drop dead tired... well see. Sunday is my only day off and I will be going to the park to do the 5k trail. At least at the p/t job I am almost constantly moving... maybe that will get some calories burning for me! I have gotten my 5k walk/jog down to a little under 40 minutes... I time my running by songs on my ipod... I started at being able to run about 1/2 a song... now I am up to running two entire songs, sometimes can even go longer - woo hoo! My goal is get the 5k done in 30 minutes. My BF can run a mile in around 8 minutes so my ultimate goal is to be able to keep up with him hehehe.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I hope I can keep up with my boyfriend too, and I'm not talking about running...ZING! I often call these years in our 20's before we have families as the money earning years.  I want to work a lot to build up a nest egg to be able to financially take care of my family.  And sometimes that comes at the expense of exercise schedules.  I see nothing wrong with that. Glad you are so vigelant about your exercise.  And good luck with the run Sunday!

Sadly I am not keeping any of the money I make! I got the job to pay down the roughly $8000 in medical bills I owe currently. bleeeeeeh!  Thanks, Im hoping the weather will hold out for me!
