Carnie on Supernanny

I was watching Supernanny the other night because nothing else was on and it happened to be Carnie Wilson's sister who was having issues with her kids. Anyways, Carnie stopped by for a visit and she has gotten really heavy. It made me so sad, and scared ****less! I live everyday in fear that I will gain my weight back. Poor Carnie, seeing her on the cover of that magazine is what initially got me thinking about WLS. I had never even thought of it before then. I know she had a baby a few years back and all, but she is still pretty darn heavy. YIKES!

That is scary. Did you ever see her on Celebrity Fit Club? She did that one season and lost some of the weight...she's really struggling now. It is heartbreaking...I bet she looks at those pics of her spread in playboy magazine and wants to cry.

She admits that she went back to bad eating / drinking habits.  Her situation is really tragic, but it serves as a powerful reminder that this surgery is for life and if we want to make it work we have to do the work and make changes that last in the way we eat and exercise.  I hope that one day she can get her weight under control and feel proud of herself.  She is on some CMT show now, something about "Make me a country star" - I know that's not the name, but that's the idea.  I haven't seen the show but I have seen a couple of previews and she doesn't look THAT heavy.  I would estimate the 200-220, and although that is a far cry from her all time low, it is also a heck of a lot lighter than she used to be.

Yeah, she's on CMT's show 'Gone Country' and she doesn't look soo heavy. But she does talk about the struggle on there. It is sad, but a good reminder to eat healthy!
