Well, you are more like 40 days late, but you are still more then welcome to join. There are 21 days left, after all.
Quite simply, all you have to do is log your minutes exercise through March 21. And report a total at the end. I'll tally our accomplishment (you'd be #45) at the end and see how awesome we did. It's really that simple and informal.
Just shoot me a PM or something if you want in. The more the merrier!
I'm up to 1320 minutes total - 40 minutes walking today. I might end up laid up for a few days again. I woke up this morning and there was a huge lump (like the size of an egg) by my inscision - which is either fluid or a hernia. Fluid means getting drained via syringe, hernia means surgery. We'll have to find out on Thursday what my fate is. Wish me luck!

Well, since I'm jumping on the bandwagon late, I want to go ahead and log my minutes from this week: 225.
Quick question a little off topic. Do you guys still keep exercise/food logs? I quit awhile ago, but was considering bringing it back. I just started neglecting it so much, it stopped being helpful.
I track my food / water intake. I find keeping a food journal to be very important to maintaining my weightloss and keeping myself accountable. But you're right, in that if you don't track everything (or close to everything) you consume it won't make a difference.
But with my food journal, everything that goes in my mouth goes in the journal - every bite, every sip. So sometimes when I reach for something I shouldn't have, just having to stop and remember I'm going to have to write down that I ate "fill in the blank" and do I really want to do that - is enough to stop me from going off track.
We do a thread every evening - the ""Eatin' Good" thread - where some members post their intake for the day. If you decide to start keeping a food log again you're welcome to join us :-)

Personally, I don't track. Never have. It is an individual decision though. I think Amy probably has the best advice for you, if you do decide to track.
