How much more can I expect to lose

Hi all Im trying to set a reasonable goal weight.  I am 5'10". I am about two and half months out and I have lost 70 pounds so far. I was just wondering approx how much more can i expect to lose, and if anyone else out there is about the same height as me how much do you weigh/want to weigh and what clothes size are you wearing.  thanks!

I cant answer many of your questions but wanted to answer the 'how much more can I expect to lose'... that part is really up to you - you are the one who decides how much you want to lose. If you hit a weight you are comfortable with then you can move to maintenance eating and maintain there. If you want to keep losing weight you should be able to thru diet and exercise - as long as you are being realstic and staying within your BMI range ya know? :-) As you get closer to goal weight you should notice the weight loss slowly down... if you continue to lose large amounts of weight and dont see a slow down then talk to your surgeon about it!

I am 5'9 and right now I am @ 186 and and pretty much in a size 12 (still alittle tight ;) I still want to lose about 18 more lbs. congrats on the 70lbs in 2 months thats great! and good luck Tanya
