Update!!

Hey all!! Life has been absolutely CRAZY but I wanted to pop in and post about what has been happening in the WLS world!! I had my consultation yesterday with the doctor, it went very smoothly. He seemed to think I was a FANTASTIC candidate and sent me on my way to see the nutritionist & psychologist. I talked to the scheduler and she told me that they were scheduling really far out so not to get my hopes up. Then...she said they had an opening with both TODAY!! So I am completely done with them!! Next Tuesday they are meeting to discuss their patients and should discuss me. My 25th birthday is next Wednesday...I should receive an answer from them NEXT WEEK about whether or not I am approved by them. The nutrition classes are late March, and I should have surgery in early April if all goes well!!! WOW!! I'm waiting for a bump...I haven't had one yet, I know something will cause a hiccup!! Hope all is well with all of you, I've been reading, just haven't had time to post! Kristi
