Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Tasty Tuesday!
I actually had an appetitie back today and I ate well. So it looks like I will survive lol .
8am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf davinci hazelnut syrup
10 oz water
11am - 6 oz watery chicken and rice soup
10 oz water, 6 oz sweet and spicy tea
3pm - 3 oz peanuts, 1 oz almonds
20 oz water
6:30pm - 1 golden delicious apple and a cheese stick
Working on a 20 oz bottle of water and I'm thinking about another apple before bed just because it went down really well and I could use the calories.
EDITED TO ADD: Scratch the apple...I was ravenous all of a sudden, probably blood sugar low but I didn't check it - I just nuked 2/3 cup of ravioli in meat sauce around 9pm - what a great way to end the evening...
How is it going out there?
