Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Tasty Tuesday!

I actually had an appetitie back today and I ate well.  So it looks like I will survive lol .   8am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf davinci hazelnut syrup 10 oz water 11am - 6 oz watery chicken and rice soup 10 oz water, 6 oz sweet and spicy tea 3pm - 3 oz peanuts, 1 oz almonds 20 oz water 6:30pm - 1 golden delicious apple and a cheese stick Working on a 20 oz bottle of water and I'm thinking about another apple before bed just because it went down really well and I could use the calories. EDITED TO ADD:  Scratch the apple...I was ravenous all of a sudden, probably blood sugar low but I didn't check it - I just nuked 2/3 cup of ravioli in meat sauce around 9pm - what a great way to end the evening... How is it going out there?

Mom and I went to Houston today for my 6th pre-op diet visit. I can't believe I only have one more visit left before they submit everything to insurance. It sounds horrible but I don't really like to eat anything before my visits, just in case the scale would show it. So after my visit mom and I went to the 4 Seasons in Downtown Houston and had lunch and once again it was nothing less than impeccable. Lunch-chicken tortilla soup, one breadstick with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grilled chicken panini (chicken, provolone cheese and avocado on a ciabatta bread) with sweet potato fries and a mango or passion fruit iced tea. OUT OF THIS WORLD. On the way home from the airport we stopped at Sprinkles and got some Red Velvet cupcakes. If none of you have ever eaten a Sprinkles cupcakes...it is like taking a small bite of heaven. Dinner-I was still full from lunch so I just had a low carb chocolate slim fast Snack-Half of another heavenly cupcake (black & white) Consumed 100 oz. of water for the day.

breakfast i had 2 oz of chicken salad (not very breakfasty, but it was good) 32 oz of water lunch was a baby 2 oz hamburger. it was adorable! and delish! 16 oz of water 1 SF orange popsicle and i'm finishing another 16 oz of water right now. scale still hasn't moved, but i'm hoping it'll start again soon!

Back to work so everything was thrown off B - 3oz egg beaters w/ 1 oz cheese (16g protein) S - hmmm, I seem to have forgotten to eat L - 4 oz cottage cheese (11g) S - 4 oz super proteiny pudding (7g) S - 1oz cheese stick (6g) D?? - 5 wheat crackers with homemade hummus (?g) I meant to have pork for dinner but I seem to have run out of time.  I'm all off schedule.  Only 30oz liquids.  I am having such a hard time with that.  I did take my vitamins though. Other - 25 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes stretching and trying to strengthen my lower back.
