Eatin' Good In The 20's Neighborhood - Monday
I can eat real food!
B - 8oz light chocolate soymilk (7g)
S - 1 Poached egg (7g)
L - 1 Poached egg w/ cheese (10g) (I was excited to have eggs!)
S - None//overdid it on the eggs and was full too long. I know better next time
D - about 2oz teriyaki pork tenderloin (~4g)
I will probably be having more pork or maybe some protein pudding later tonight since I missed a meal and I stay up late. Due to the egg incident I have done very poorly on fluids. I may utilize my tube tonight and send some Gatorade down so I don't get dehydrated.
Vitamins - Check. Started calcium today. Tastes like straight lemon juice. Needs to be mixed with something.
Other - lost 3 lbs this past week for total of 39. Back to work (and the gym) tomorrow.

I FEEL LIKE CRAP.
Just had to throw that out there. Food and I are just not happening today.
7am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf hazelnut davinci syrup
20 oz water
10am - 3 bites of a golden delicious apple, but really, it was like eating dirt
10 oz water
1pm - 2 oz of chicken noodle soup (the broth and part of a carrot) and I couldn't do it anymore
20 oz water
5pm - 2 oz more chicken noodle soup
10 oz water
And now I'm working on a mix of 8 oz orange juice and 6 oz magnesium citrate (hoping it'll settle my stomach). In the past when I am nauseated after surgeries my surgeon has told me to take dramamine, and so I took one before my 5pm meal, but instead of helping it just made me really groggy. Blech. Hope this is over soon.
Congrats on moving to real food! Very exciting. And I'm glad you're doing well with eggs and pork. And I think getting gatorade tonight through the tube is an excellent idea. As long as you have that tube you might as well use it, and it is definately better than getting dehydrated.

Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!
Hmm today was a boring day for me. Couldn't get motivated to eat.
72 oz of water! most i've had so far! lots of walking on the beach though, so i felt like drinking.
2 baby bites of a hamburger, just didn't sit well with me.
1 orange SF popsicle
took pictures and walked around the beach for a good while, and did lots of walking around destin waiting for my puppies to finish up at the groomer. so lots of exercise! i'm having such a hard time getting the scale to move this past week. it stays exactly the same, even though i've started working out more. i'm hoping this week will go a lot better!
Had bowel issues yesterday...was pretty nauseous so it was hard to eat much...
B-Protein shake
L-1/4 cup of baked potato w/3oz BBQ pork w/ 1 tsp white sauce
S-5 whole wheat crackers w/ 1 and half slices of provolone cheese
D-didn't eat cause of issues...went to sleep at 8 and woke up at 1230am and went to the bathroom Thank God!!
Drank my fibersure 2 bites of a bannana, 1 bite of mini bananna muffin 4 oz yogurt nothing tasted good...so I should be back on track today...I lost 5 pounds overnight!
