Hi there!  I truly hope that everyone is doing well.  It has been at least four months since I have posted but I am really excited to see everyone's progress.  You guys look fabulous!!! As for me, I am at 104lbs lost.  Even though I have another 100 to go, I feel so much better.  I can't say that my journey has been perfect, but I would absolutely do this all over again multiple times over.  I think the biggest part for me still is accountability. Soooo..... here I go....  I know in the past we have had the whole..."What did you eat?"  "How did you exercise?" "Vitamins?", etc. Check in on a daily basis....  Is this something that would be helpful to other people?  If so, would you guys be interested in starting it up tomorrow morning summarizing today's content and activity?  Thoughts????

LOL!! I can't figure that one out either....  I have heard the one..."It's your world...I am just a squirrel trying to find a nut...."  That one is open for it's own interpretation...   I am doing well.   Trying to get refocuse on this journey but all is well...

Hi Candice!  We do the "Eatin Good in the 20's neighborhood" posts every day where we account for our food and whatnot.  Some people also post about their vitamins and exercise.  It's usually either Amy B or I who post the topic nightly.  Please do join us!
