Still plugging away on my genealogy - it is insane, but I think that I'll be in good shape by Friday so I can go under the knife knowing I'll be okay in my school work.  I had a heart to heart with my Advanced Writing prof and he is a huge encouragement to me in my writing.  Anyway, it was a busy day but a good one. 7am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf hazelnut davinci syrup 10 oz water 10am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 10 oz water 1pm - 3 oz grilled chicken w/ romaine lettuce, spinnach, diced tomato, cukes, cheese, RAW GREEN AND RED PEPPERS! (that's right - I ate and kept down raw green and red peppers!) 20 oz water 3pm - 3 oz peanuts, 1 oz almonds 10 oz water 6pm - 4 oz peanut chicken 10 oz water 7:30pm - 1 Milk Chocolate Macadamia Truffle w/ chocolate mousse/diced macadamia nut filling...oooooooh so good. Working on 10 oz water I'm probably going to actually go to bed here in an hour or so.  I'm exhausted and I need to still be in good shape on Friday for my surgery.   ABOUT THE SURGERY:  So, I'm getting my "bullet hole" fixed on Friday, which may or may not include a partial tummy tuck, except the tuck would come in my surgeon removing a ridge of excess skin that runs above my belly button instead of removing it from the panni...anyway...since the hole has caused so much scar tissue I have develped several small hernias and in order to remove them and keep them from coming back I need to have excess skin removed.  But since it is from a non-traditional angle I'm going to have a gnarly scar.  I have always said the scars don't bother me and they haven't, but I'm looking at having a scar that stretches almost all the way across my abdomen right near the bottom of my rib cage.  Not really looking forward to that...not sure how I feel about that.  So anyway - good vibes would be appreciated for me on Friday!

That really doesn't sound like too much to me.  Do you mean that you felt uncomfortably full at some point?  I think you're doing better than you think

No not uncomfortable. I guess I am almost a year out and of course can eat a little more then when I was 3 or 6 months out. But I just get a little panicky ( if that makes sense) and think sometimes it's to much. Thank You!!

I did pretty good until about 9:00 p.m....something abou****ching Kobe Bryant go off for more then 40 points to ruin Shaq's debut with the Phoenix Suns made me want to eat, alot.... Early AM - 16 oz of coffee and sf creamer 10:30 AM - Went to AJ's (a local gourmet grocery store) sampled a cracker with a scoop of delcious creamy chunky chicken salad, and a small potato skin. Decided on three small pieces of Thai peanut chicken ribbon skewers - about 2.5 ounces, and I put together a bit of salad from the salad bar - salad greens, grilled chicken, a litte bit of pasta salad, red onions, shredded parmesean and asiago cheeses and balsamic vinigrette - it was so good! I might start doing the pay per pound salad bar thingy more often when I'm out and about - conveniant and very adaptable! 2:30 The last few bites of my salad and a few peanuts, and about 1/2 cup of RF cottage cheese with SF rasberry jam and about 15 wheat thin crackers 7:00 about two ounces of italian ham and 6 little asian chicken dumpling thingies - I forget what they're called, their not potstckers, they're shaped more like mini reeses peanut butter cups 10:00 about 2 ounces of italian ham and a string cheese with 1 tbs of honey mustard for dipping 10:30 another 1/2 cup of rf cottage cheese and sf jam, no crackers - and a blue bunny no sugar added ice cream bar Still maintaining....trying to learn to accept that eating, including carbs and portions larger then I had become used to during the "active' stage of my weight loss is OK now that my goal is to maintain and not lose, and I have been sucessful at maintaining
