Your recipe's for staying on a GOOD sleep schedule!
I am out of work (finding work in Rochester, MN is like trying to find a needle in your carpet)
so I get bored and stay up waaaaaay too late!!
The other day for example..I stayed up til 5am!!! I woke up at 3 today! Shame Shame!
So now I am WIDE awake and its almost two..I am horrible about getting back on schedule...
Anyone have good tips on getting back on that regular schedule???

Exercise always makes me sleepy... I get a burst of energy for a little while then I zonk out. I work out around 6, done around 7 and am ready to sleep around 930/10.
I also like to take baths in the evening... usually a 1/2 hour to an hour and I read while soaking - that always gets me nice and relaxed as well.
Try forcing yourself to get up early one day, then that night you should be good and tired so you can go to sleep at a better time :-)

I am a homemaker, so I sympathize with you in regard to keeping a schedule. I however find it easier if I get up super early. Like 5-8am and then I end up going to sleep between 8pm and 11pm depending on the night. I try not to do any napping during the day either. Also if you take a warm bath
that helps you want to fall asleep. Also, make sure you don't eat anything a couple hours before bed. ( You shouldnt be doing that anyway... ) If that doesn't help.. talk to your doctor.
Good Luck getting on your Zzz schedule!!!

You gotta make a to do list for the day that starts early, so you're forced to wake up early, stay busy and get tired....Think of it as your full-time job, whatever it is that you put on your to-do list...Or, you can borow some toddlers, they'll get you up early and you'll wanna crash soon after they finally do at night...If all else fails - there's always horse tranquilizers!
