Eatin' Good In The 20's Neighborhood - Mmmmm, Monday *droooool*
Today was my first test-run eating without the use of the tube. I am sad to say I failed miserably, hehe. I had a dr's appointment this am (lost 5 lbs last week, down 36 overall!), came home briefly, then went with DH to one of his appointments. I tried to remember to sip sip sip but it was hard!
2oz plain yogurt with salt/pepper/garlic
4oz s/f cheesecake pudding with strawberry protein powder
10 oz Crystal Lite
3 oz cream of mushroom soup
I am working on finishing the rest of my CL tonight but that's only a total of 20 oz. Tsk! Tomorrow will be better, I know! It has to be, because today I've had maybe 200 calories? Sheesh. The only time in my life I've told myself to eat MORE!

Today was a horrible day for me altogether! Not enough anything!

who knew after surgery actually getting ENOUGH food and water in would an issue!

I had a crazy food day. About 9:45 this morning I had a serious sugar crash (dropped down to the 40's) - gotta love that hypoglecemia - and I have been a little off all day since then.
7am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf hazelnut davinci syrup, dollup of cool whip
MISSED MY GRANOLA BAR AND SO IT ALL WENT TO HECK!
About 9:30-9:45 I was in the computer lab in between classes and I got really woozy, disoriented and shakey. So I wobbled my way to the bathroom to check my blood sugar (it was a 43) and then over to the coffee shop.
9:45 - 1 golden delicious apple, 1 oz skim cheese stick
12 oz orange juice
20 oz water...starting to feel better
1pm - 1/2 the insides of a chicken quesadilla (chicken, cheese, diced peppers, diced onions, sour cream and salsa)
20 oz water
4pm - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
20 oz water
7pm - 3 bread cubes and 3 pieces of broccoli in cheese fondu
Still feeling a bit off. I have also been at the computer working since I got home around 4pm, so that could be part of it. I've got some bear projects that have to get done before I leave for my surgery on Friday...so back to the grind! Thanks for remembering to post!

Lu- 3oz tuna, 1c. salad w/ff ranch

Din- 1/2c steamed broccoli, 4oz baked chicken with enchilada sauce and green chilis
Sn- sf pudding cup
70 oz water
So, the rest of today, and the next two on this, then I'm on to Liquids for 3!
