Wooooo 105 minutes for this week so far 850 minutes for total I am happy to report that I am down from 150lbs to 146 as of this morning! I am 1lb away from my goal of 145! *happy dance*

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

That is so awesome! 37 minutes per day of hard-working exercise.  That is awesome! And you'll be at your goal in a matter of a few days!  EXCELLENT!

Only 60 minutes so far!!! I should be at closer to 120, but alas.. my prof e-mailed me yesterday to tell me I have a 25 papge research paper that he wants to see the draft of ON FRIDAY.. ohhhhhhh crap... so if anyone knows how to pull that one off, you be sure to let me know.

Let's see...I know I've done 3 hours for this week and I've lost track a little but I'm pretty sure I'm at 15 hours total.  Huzzah for mandatory recovery walking!

I'm still at zero unless you count rolling around my driveway and street on my four year old daughter's Barbie razor scooter as exercise... I need a good swift kick in the azz to get going...
