It is the best protein drink in my opinion but I am still pre-op. However, if you are going to buy it then I would get the Muscle Milk Light. The regular Muscle Milk is like 3?? calories but the Muscle Milk Light is only 195 calories and has like 25 grams of protein per serving (which is 2 scoops). I like the chocolate milk and the mint chocolate.
I agree that you should try MM Light if possible. I tried the Strawberry flavor and didn't care for it much. I liked the chocolate mint. I actually liked one scoop of Low Carb Isopure in 8oz of milk better than the strawberry mm. Couldn't stand the zero carb isopure drinks, no matter how much crystal light I added or how much I tried to water it down. I think a lot of it depends on your personal taste, so try everything out before you buy too much.
MM light is my favorite protien drink - I drink it because I like it as much as I drink it for protien purposes. It is almost too thick for me so I often dilute it 1/2 and 1/2 with skim milk. Don't stock up on too much now since tastes change post-op, but it would be a good idea to have some around for post-op to see if you still like it.
