Yes, I have tried it. And no, it wasn't successful. Maybe your luck will be better than mine, nut I struggled with it.
My suggestion is to be patient. Its normal to hit stalls/plateaus during the journey - many times you will lose inches instead of pounds at those points so make sure you are checking those as well.
Its very important to develop good eating habits post-op and re-teach yourself how to eat properly.... instead of jumping back to prior food stages continue to work on what you need to be doing now instead - that will benefit you so much more in the long run. Your body needs a break now and then, let it... the scale will start to move again.

Thank you all so much for you replies and I will continue to take more protein but I work and go to school so much until it's very difficult for me to excercise as I should. I just want to be at least 100lbs down my bday which is 04/12.. I actually plan to go back home and see my father who I havent seen in over 4 years.
No, I haven't tried it...but I just recently went through a stall of about 3 weeks...it was horrible, but it did finally pass and I lost like 10 pounds in the past couple days....I think upping your water and protein is a huge help and exercise of course!!! :) I wouldn't go back to stage 1 ever!!! haha, but that's just me!
