Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - TGIF
Sorry this is so late! I just got back from seeing Atonement FINALLY with my DH. I have mixed feelings about it. I have been just chomping at the bit to get to see it and now that I have...well...it sort of wasn't what I had hoped or expected all the way. It was a beautiful story (in a manically depressed kind of way) but not what you want to happen. Enough of a movie review! FOOD
7:30 - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup
10 oz water
10am - 1 Ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
10 oz water
2pm - 1/3 baked potato, 4 oz cheese and ham, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing (more ham and cheese than actual potato...the other choices at my college cafeteria SUCKED big time today so this was the lesser evil since I already ate my granola bar)
20 oz water
6pm - 1 crunchy supreme taco from Taco Bell
20 oz water
7:30-10pm - MOVIE TIME! and 1 small popcorn w/ white cheddar salt - carby, but delicious and fiber-ful, so yeah...popcorn is almost a veggie...
Yeah. Will do better tomorrow I promise! Gotta get those carbs back under control. How about everyone else? Did you start the weekend off right?

I have got to do better on these carbs...i am going up and down the same 5 lbs...I know it is my fault and starting today no more candy...i want to get to goal SO bad...and I will jus****ch me...
