Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - I HATE SNOW!
I hate it. We've had probably 5-6 feet of snow this winter which is re-gal-dang-diculous even for Wisconsin! This morning I woke up to 14 inches of freshly fallen (and still falling!) snow. So I checked my e-mail, the radio station and my university's website to see if my college was cancelling classes - NOPE. So I still had to go to classes. My trip to campus is normally 10-12 minutes, today it was 45! My car was bottoming out on snow the whole way, slipping and sliding on drifts that were 4-5 feet high. I got there, had a few classes, and the university decides to close at TWO IN THE AFTERNOON. When I went to leave campus I had to have a stranger help me push my car out of the drift that had formed around it over the course of the morning.
Anyone down south need a visitor for the rest of the winter (remember I don't eat much
) because if it snows again....
. Anyway...on to food!
7:30am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf davinvi vanilla syrup
10 oz water
10am - 1 Ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
10 oz water
1pm - Garlic Chicken and 1/4 cup of noodles (Chinese dish from my campus cafeteria - chicken, pea pods, onions, bamboo shoots, green peppers, broccoli, garlic sauce served over noodles)
20 oz water
4:30pm - 3/4 cup beef ravioli in meat sauce
20 oz water
Planning on some chicken caesar salad in about an hour. How's it going out there?

Im in MA and we've had alot of rain lately... thankfully it isnt snow... sorry about your school not canceling school, I hate when they do that, its so ridiculous to close it in the middle of the day or near the end, my high school would do that alot and my college does that too.
930: 11 oz protine choc milk drink
12:00: piece of ff kraft cheddar cheese
12:30: 10 oz water
2:00: 2 oz chicken salad
2:30/3: 8 oz of water
6:00: 3 oz teryaki salmon with 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
prob drinking more water in a little bit and maybe a fudgicle
Hi Amy! I too hate snow and would also love a place to stay down south. At least for the winters. I think whatever you have in WI is headed East. We're not expecting too much snow but I have already had enough this winter!!
I had a pretty good food day today.
B - 1 glass skim milk
L - 1 mini quiche (crustless, egg, ham, cheese, spinach and herbs, yum!), + 1/2 salted sliced tomato
S - 1/2 zone perfect protein bar
D - 1 1/2 trader joes chicken sausage with mango and salsa
I could stand to eat a little more today so I might have some popcorn or nuts before bed. I should have something a little higher in protein but I'm never good at that at evening snack time!
Hey Girls...come on down to sunny, cool, dangerous because of tornados Alabama...I'll get the couch bed and the guest bed ready for ya...LOL Would love to see some snow...we don't get too much of that and even if they forecast 2 inches (hahaha) everything shuts down...I am a southerner and this is even funny to me...LOL
So on to the food...

S-1/2 baggie Cheetos puff corn
L-1/2 cup Spaghetti w/ mini meatballs rest of the baggie of puff corn
S-1 cheese stick
D-1/2 grilled cheese sandwich (first since surgery yummy!) inside of a ridicously small calzone (very little inside it) 3 Doritos...

Oh i know how you feel. We unexpectly received about 5 inches of snow in a matter of 2 hours tonite. I can't wait to move to California and not have any snow or nice!! Definetly be much better weather.

dinner-5 prawns and 1/4 cup cottage cheese

Snow you dont even know snow until you come up north to canada. So like friday we get 25cm of snow and than between yesterday to today we get rain freezing rain snow more freezing rain and than more snow. I havn't had to set foot outside of my apartment and i don't intend to until tomorrow afternoon.
as for meals today i have had
B water
L water
s 6 chicken nuggets and water
D nothing
s a cheese burger no bun
at this point if i eat anything at all it is a good day for me so i feel that this is a good day
Note: I have been in contact with a phsycologist and am possibly getting an appointment with her i have to wait till tuesday to hear back from her.
That is way too much snow! You win.
and you are smart for staying indoors. I wish I would have been that smart yesterday!
Keep working at eating. I am really glad you're getting some help with a psychologist and I really hope they are able to asist you in dealing with the psychological reasons you are having such a hard time eating. It is good that you are taking the bull by the horns and taking care of yourself.
