hair loss?
My nut. reccomends Omega-3 supplements, and I have heard Biotin helps, also keep up your protien. Honestly thought I have heard that for most people hair loss occurs no matter what you do. It is just a side effect of surgery(any type of surgery), rapid weight loss, and eating much less than your body is used to. Good luck!
I also have thin hair, and am not looking forward to losing it, but remeber it does grow back!

The only people you need in your life are the ones that prove they need you in theirs.

I've heard biotin as well...I've also heard that it is kind of unavoidable...and i've also heard that making sure you consume plenty of protein helps minimize the hairloss, too...They all seem to be somewhat true...For me, I didn't really do anything special, but I did eat a lot of protein when I was losing. I had thick hair, that became noticably thinner, but now is getting back to normal...
