Did 90 minutes of intense DDR yesterday I think I was at 90 before that so now I'm at 180 minutes for the week.

OMG I LOVE DDR!!!!!!  Unfortunately I don't have a mat so I do it the ghetto way and turn off the "fail" and dance on the floor.  It's silly, but it works. As for me, I've run more errands and cleaned the house so much I say it counts as a workout!  I don't have hours or anything but I'm doing immediate pre-op stuff and don't have much time to figure it out lol  Y'all do some elliptical for me this week.

Do you guys have something like gamestop in your area? They sell used and cheap game stuff. That's where I got my pad...I think it was less than 20 bucks! You should go get one. But I'm like you as far as doing it for fun more than the gaming part. I often do the same song like 5 times in a row because it's fast and I've "mastered" it...like a workout routine. It's my favorite exercise.

Week - 275...wooooooo what a tie! I knew I should have worked out those 5 xtra minutes ;-) I am much lower than you for the month... its like 400 something.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

You can count those minutes.  I mean, your heart rate's up, so I don't see why not. I''ve only counted actually treadmill and elliptical time though...not the extra carriculars.
