Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - THURSDAY...I mean it this time :-)

Howdy 20 somethings! I had to leave to see my surgeon today at 5:30 am.  His office is 2 and a half hours away and I had to be there at 8:15.  Ick.  I got some bad news, but it really could have been worse.  My surgeon was able to schedule my surgery for a Friday so I will probably only end up missing that day of school.  I spent more than 6 hours in the car today, bleh.  But I did 30 minutes of yoga and managed to eat pretty well, especially considering 2 of my feedings were eating out... 5:30am - 6 oz espresso, 4 oz skim, 4 oz carb countdown milk and 1.5 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup 20 oz water 6am - 1 honey almond flax kashi granola bar 12 oz orange juice mixed with 8 oz magnesium citrate (don't ask...) 10:30am - 3/4 of a hardshell supreme taco from Taco Bell 20 oz water 1pm - 2 oz beef jerky and a cheese stick 10 oz water 4:30pm - 3/4 cup of chicken and rice soup (minus most of the rice) 20 oz water 7pm - chicken breast rolled up in 2 leaves of lettuce w/ shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, a drizzle of Italian dressing and 1/2 a strip of baccon crumbled up...yum How's it going out there?

 I envy your ability at having a GREAT schedule with your eating and water...lol My sleep schedule is soooo screwed right now..Im looking for a job, and am reading the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer...I CANT PUT IT DOWN!  So my schedule is a bit crazy!!! L-A few bites of a Vegetarian bowl from Chipotle (eep), 1/2 tblsp spread cheese and 3 cracked wheat crackers 20oz water D-5 cheese ravioli's, 1/4 whole wheat no flour raisin bread, 4 small slices of cucumber 11/2 cups of milk and Im almost through another 20 oz water will probably have a cheese stick or something like it in just a bit

I did good for once!!!! B - protein shake S - 2 chicken hot dogs (no bun) L- Lean Cuisine S - raisins and peanuts (for the good fats) D - double protein shake (chocolate caramel with davinci s/f caramel syrup) Over 63 g of protein!  Also, 34 oz Crystal light and close to 20 oz water.

I didnt eat enough for dinner Wednesday night so I was starving all day Thursday. I *know* this happens when I dont eat enough for dinner but I was just too tired to care and paid for it. My BF and I checked out this new resturant and the food was AWFUL so after dinner I had another dinner! B - a little over 1/2 a Think! protein bar S - 6 raw almonds, few bites of cottage cheese and pineapple L - I ate lunch so early because I was hungry - leftover 1/2 a turkey, apple, brie on a whole wheat wrap, dannon light n fit yogurt S - about 1/2 a 99 cent bag of sun chips D - this was the dinner I went to and the food was horrible - 2 bites of baked brie, 4 bites of scrambled eggs, one bite of turkey bacon, one bite of chicken sausage, one forkfull of oven baked hash brown potatoes, one bite of BFs mashed potatoes, 1/2 of a 1/2 slice of whole wheat french toast (this was actucally tasty) that had pureed raspberries drizzled over top... oh and a bite of biscuit which I spit out because it tasted like eating raw dough. lovely eh? D - yes my 2nd dinner because I was hungry from my nasty meal - 2 slices of dominos thin crust cheese pizza So yah, I had a carb loaded day and Im sure a decent amount of fat due to the chips and all the cheese I consumed. My stomach is hurting today from that nasty dinner last nite. Next week I am going to start using fitday.com to log what I am eating and get back on track.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Left early from work yesterday so didn't take a lunch...had to run errands...and that always gets me off track... B-1 and 3/4 kashi whole grain waffles w/ s/f syrup S/L- 1/2 a 99 cent bag of doritos...bad! D- Some BBQ pork on top of a ginormous baked potato which i picked at...right before I went to see Jesse Harris in Concert!!! Woo Hoo!! S-Decaf Coffee...
