Well, I was a lazy pig Monday and Tuesday.   Thanks to a torn sole in my new jogging shoes, I fixed them, only 30 minutes on the treadmill Monday...no elliptical because I'm a lazy doorknob. No excuses Tuesday.  I did my full 50 minute routin on the treadmill, but, again, no ellipctical.  That made me feel like a useless waste of space. So, 80 minutes in 2 days.  Oh well, it's something I guess.

You lazy doorknob  *ahaaahahahahahahahaha*  That was funny. I did 30 mins elliptical and 15 mins weights/abs yesterday.  Plan more of the same today.  That will put me at 5.5 hours for the whole she-bang Edit:  guh, I was totally sore and lacking energy today.  25 mins on cardio equipment and like, soe squats and lunges.  I was absolutely beat.

Monday I did my BMP (body makeover plan) and cardio for a total of 55 mins. Yesterday I did elliptical/treadmill for 30 mins..  I wanted to workout longer but my BF dragged his feet getting ready for the gym and we didnt get there until almost 630... still had to hit the grocery store, make dinner, go thru the mail and do some stuff for work so had to cut the workout short. Thankfully he is working tonite and its BMP nite so another 45 mins or so. This week so far 85 mins... woo hoo got you beat by 5 sukka!  But overall I know your total is higher than mine *bows down*

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
