Thought I'd go ahead and start the post since Amy hasn't. Don't get mad at me! Anyway, pretty good day! Hope everyone else had a great day!! B - Kays natural apple cinnamon cereal w/ skim milk and cottage cheese - 25g protein

S - 1 new whey bullet -42 g protein

L - Tuna w/ 2 wasa light n crisp crackers - 23g protein

S - 1tsp peanut butter - 2g protein

D - Chicken n cheese quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla - 36g protein

Calories - 880 , Fat - 16, Carbs - 57, Protein - 128

maybe a yogurt later if i get hungry. probably not though, im tired might go to bed early

I love these posts because it keeps me accountable.  Plus I love reading what other people fit into a healthy menu.  Gives me ideas.   B: Yogurt (230 cal)

S: York Peppermint Patty (40 cal)
D: 10 piece chicken nugget (410 cal)

LOL - It's all good.  Sometimes I forget...sometimes I'm slow - good to know that someone is paying attention and will get my back if I drop the ball.  8:30 - 3 oz espresso, 3 oz skim milk, 3 oz carb countdown milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup 10 oz water 11am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 30 oz water 1:30pm - 2 oz home made mac n cheese topped with shredded cheddar cheese, and a side of grilled chicken tenders 30 oz water 5pm - 5 bacon wrapped waterchestnuts Planning on 3/4 cup of home made chicken and rice soup... Was a good day

Tuesday in one word Crap.... B: just 8oz milk L: ff yogurt S: Protein shake D: like 2oz soup and 1/4 cup salad (My pouch is not my friend today, i think i am sick too though, nothing is settling well)

My day today was pretty good....I feel like I ate a lot again though...but at least it was decent stuff!!!!  I started my classes this week (Monday and Tuesday nights) which is sad because I can't go to my favorite support group which meets on Tuesday nights!!!  Oh well, class is fun too!!!  Here's my food for the day so far... Breakfast----3 turkey meatballs and bbq sauce (15g protein) Snack----1 string cheese (6g) Lunch-----1/2 Wendy's Large Chili (12g)                    8 mini-whole grain crackers with peanut butter (5g) Snack-----1 string cheese (6g) Early Dinner----8 cooked shrimp with garlic and lime sauce (18g) That's all I've had so far...I'll probably eat later: 1 cup edamame (17g)---gotta love the protein count in edamame!!!! 3 more turkey meatballs when I get home if I'm hungry???  (possibly 15g) Grand total of protein for the day-----79 or 94 depending on the Turkey meatballs!!!! Oh, I also wanted to share a website....www.nutritionaldata.com  I use it a lot to figure out the nutritional info of stuff I eat!!!  I love it!! Hope you all had a great Tuesday....talk to you tomorrow! :)

Hey everyone! B - 1/2 oh yeah protein wafer S - low fat string cheese L - salad w/spinach, chicken, goat cheese, green apples and walnuts (the cheese was so good I didn't even need dressing) S - one bite (ok giant mouthful of a bite) of chocolate cake D - turkey meatballs w/tomato sauce and ricotta

Well, I had an appointment with my primary doc today, to be told that I was given wrong info in the hospital...apparently my BP med doesnt have a diuretic (sp?) in it, so I should have been taking it for the last week, but I havent.  So I talked to my pharmacist, and she confirmed my doc was right, so I'm back on my BP med...but hopefully will be coming off of it soon.  Other than that, I got in about an hours worth of walking today at Super Target/Archer Farms....can I just say, I LOVE Archer Farms!!!  They are my favorite place to go grocery shopping, and I can't wait until I'm allowed to "eat" again so I can start creating fun creations with their unique products that are not at the regular stores...

As for meals today...

B: 19 oz Muscle Milk Banana Creme Shake with water, so it was like 19 grams of Protien
L: SF Banana Sunday Pudding & 1/4 serving of Cheddar Grits
S: 14 oz Grape Powerade
D: 1/2 cup Apple Sauce with protien powder (gross!!  lol...dont try it)

And I still have a bottle of water to finish before bed that I'm working on.

B - Slimfast (last one thank god) S - Saltines and beef broth S - Cheese stick L - Smart ones (NASTY mashed potatoes, didn't eat them) S - S/F Pudding D - 1/2 c tomato soup.  Blech. At this point I had had 635 calories and worked off 360 of them.  I was STARVING when I got home.  I made a grilled cheese with that spray butter stuff.  I had a few goldfish and handful of peanuts too.  We literally have an empty fridge/freezer/pantry and I don't get paid til Friday.  I don't know what I'm going to do these next two days.  I did manage to talk myself out of McDonalds on the way home, so that's a small victory.  Oh, and I had 68 oz of water/Crystal light today

My stomach was doing better yesterday but now today it feels crappy... overall I got in a good amount of food but now I feel almost sore today from it? My top incision is hurting! blah B - whole wheat english muffin with a little butter, I had brought pnut butter but the jar was completely EMPTY - gotta love men, putting away the empty jar. sheesh. S - 8 raw almonds L - 1/2 of a whole wheat tortilla with turkey, spinach, slices green apples and brie, side salad and two bites of watermelon S - 1/2 cu of LF cottage cheese S - few bites of baked blue corn chips (before working out, I got home and was starving!) D - 1/2 of a small lean beef burger, salad (green leaf, spinach, broccoli slaw, carrots), few bites of BFs mexican layer dip (lean beef, FF refried beans, kidney beans, LF cheese, LF sour cream, lettuce, pico de gallo, tomatillo sauce, jalepenos) with baked scoops S - SF life savers popscicle and few sips of FF choco milk

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
