Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - MONDAY
It is one day closer to the weekend! Hurray! Class was all good today for me. I talked to my Advanced Writing professor and told him I still hadn't decided what I wanted to write my book on and he is a good guy so I get until next Wednesday to write my proposal. Until then I've got a lot of busy work to do. I've got to read a couple articles about the concept of "audience" and then I've got to write some responses to op ed pieces. It's going to be a lot of fun...really..I mean it...
. Anyway, on to food....
7:30am - 3 oz espresso, 3 oz skim milk, 3 oz carb countdown milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup
10 oz water
10am - 1 kashi go lean, TLC honey almond flax granola bar
10 oz water
1pm - 1/3 of a baked potato with 4 oz cheese and ham (so more cheese and ham than potato)
10 oz water
4pm - 3/4 chicken hardshell taco
20 oz water
7pm - 1/2 cup of mixed nuts
20 oz water
MUCH better than yesterday. How about out there? Did you start the week off right?

awesome day for excercise...woke up walked a mile (with my Mom) then after work went to the gym and rocked some cardio and weights for an hour...hooray for my body...she rocks...LOL 6 am-Protein shake with 1 cup skim milk 730-Kashi waffle w/ s/f syrup L- insides of a calzone with some of the bread S- 100 cal pack of hershey's snacksters D-2/3 of a small chicken breast stuffed w/ broccoli and cheese 2 oz of mozzarella cheese... Not great food wise...will do better tomorrow...

Another snack-----4 saltines
Lunch------1/2 large Wendy's chili with cheese (17g)
Snack------1/2 cup refried beans (9g)
Dinner #1 at 5pm------5 turkey meatballs with bbq sauce (25g)
Snack at class-----1/2 cup edamame (10g)
Dinner #2 at 8pm----power crunch protein bar (17g)
Total protein....96 grams!!! :)
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
