Tasty....

Just wanted to share the best low-carb/sugar protein bar I've found....it's POWER CRUNCH...they taste soooo yummy!!!  They are like wafter cookies...my favorites are Peanut Butter Creme, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chocolate...haven't tried any of the others, but I'm sure they rock too!!!  Here is a picture of what they look like.... They have them at Vitamin Shoppe for $18 for a 12 pack....or they sell them individually so you can try them!   Also, my new favorite protein drink...Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Mint....tastes like an Andes Mint, sooooo good....I might have already mentioned this, but I love it so thought I would mention it again....this is coming from the girl who couldn't keep down protein drinks for the first three months after her surgery!!!  I finally found one I can keep down!!!!!!!  WAHOO!!

Is the Muscle Milk Light ready to drink or a powder? Just curious. Sounds good!

It's ready to drink which is AWESOME...and it's not thick like a lot of them....it's like chocolate milk consistancy....

Yep, can be found at Vitamin Shoppe, and I'm assuming GNC and other Vitamin stores.  I also found it at Meijer when I was back home in Indiana, they sold it in 4 packs which was awesome.  They don't have Meijer out here in Cali, sadly....it's SOOO GOOOD!!!!  They have lots of other flavors I need to try too, like Mocha..mmm.....

You are right about the Power Crunch bars!  The Chocolate Chocolate kind is the ONLY protein bar I will eat. the rest taste like cardboard!!! I'm not sure about the milk...it sounds good, but I don't tolerate milk very well. Hmmmm... Thanks for the heads up.  :)

The muscle milk is actually lactose free....the name is misleading!!!  haha....

I'm totally gonna try that shake...I LOVE the sugar free andes mint candy you can buy at WalMart.... I found South Beach diet protein bars, chocolate PB flavor...it was SO yum and has 5 more gms of protein than the Power Crunch....but I'll probably still try them anyways ;-)   Thanks for the tip!
