Hey ya'll!  How's it going?   I just finished walking for 75 mins on the treadmill at a nice brisk pace!! YAHOO!! That puts my total up to 200 minutes so far....not bad at all!

I did went to they gym and did 35 min on elliptical and 20 min on the bike then I sat in the sauna for 20 min and did triceps dips

Awesome!  Looks good... I just can NOT do sauna's....I can't breathe in them....it triggers my asthma badly!

I have 200 minutes total too.  Just finished a 30 minute Namaste Yoga class and I am POOPED.  This class was no intro video crap like I've been doing - this was the REAL thing in REAL time.  And I think I like it

Treadmill for 25 mins Weights (biceps and shoulders) for 10 mins Dancing for 15 mins Total: 50 mins Total for Challenge: 195 mins  (I think...I'm terrible at math) P.S. I was able to go to 8lbs weights from 5lbs for my shoulder work (small yay!)  Still working on 10lbs for biceps.
