So what kind of exercise are you trying for the exer-thon?
If you haven't heard, the 20's board is going to do an exer-thon. As Brock has put it....
"It's simple. January 21 (next Monday) thru March 21 (first day of spring)...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise."
and
"No goals! No quotas! Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 1/21 - 3/21 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!"
So I wanna know, what is everyone going to be doing? I am a creature of habit (if you read my "Eatin' Good" thread, you'll see that I eat pretty much the same 5-6 things over and over for example) and when I find myself getting bored is when I go off track.
Currently I run 2 miles 2x a week and walk 3 miles 2x a week. It gets old, so I'm looking for ideas. Whatcha gonna do? ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/biggrin.gif)

Every few days, weekly, every few weeks. Whatever you need to do to keep you accountable!
The premise of this is that you are self accountable and self tracking.
Sarcasm? I see no sarcasm...I guess I'll have to try harder at sincerity so I can shake this shrowd of supposed "sarcasm".
I get so bored on stationary stuff, but I guess they would be helpful for when it is like 10 degrees outside. On days like that, when it is really too cold to exercise outside, I just convince DH to help me elevate my heart rate some other way....that does count as exercise right?

I have tried that argument with my girlfriend. Not sure how it would work on your DH. Just log those minutes!
And PS, I said you were sarcastic cause SheShe was bustin my balls yesterday cause I posted a sign up again.
As a family (me, my mom and my dad), we go to the gym monday through friday and I usually do the exact same thing when we go, however I just started incorporating weights into my routine as of January of this year. I usually do 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the recumbent bike and then 15 minutes of weight training. Swimming is always a great low effort workout. Also, if you have a gym membership you should try a spin class sometime...it will KICK your bootay! I am doing the MS 150 again this year in May and training begins at the end of January so on Saturdays and Sundays we will begin riding about 10 to 20 miles on the weekends. Bike riding is also just an all around FUN thing to do.
