Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Hump Day Edition

Howdy 20-somethings! It is really exciting to see lots of new faces (and old ones, of course ).  The week is half over, the weekend only a short 2 days away!  Wooo hoo!  On to today's menu... 7:30am - 3 oz espresso, 6 oz Calorie Countdown Milk, 3 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf Davinci vanilla syrup 8:30am - 6 oz no sugar added, light strawberry yogurt w/ 2 tablespoons kashi go lean cereal stirred in 20 oz water 11am - 5 bacon wrapped waterchestnuts (I made a big batch of these on Saturday, they are almost gone, so soon I will either have to stop eating them everyday or I'll have to make more...) 20 oz water 3pm - 1/2 cup mixed nuts 20 oz water 7pm - 1/3 a chicken quesadilla (one tortilla folded in half, filled with cheese, chicken breast, and diced onions - cut into 1/3rds), about 1/4 cup of Spanish rice (rice, bacon, onions, diced tomatos, corn and salsa) Sipping on 8oz glass of 100% orange juice.... That'll put me at 1210 calories, 86 grams of carbs and 72 grams of protien on the day.  How's everyone else doing?

yeah...not really a good day for me....but I slept in this morning and then I "accidentally" took a nap today which screwed up eating and water for me...... Ahh well...tomorrow is another day...right?!? B: none :-( L: chicken meat from fajitas with beans, 2 spoonfulls of rice and cheesedip on top....and some chips w/ salsa but I didn't go overboard so YAY me S: 4 oz of 100% OJ D: 1/4 cup garlic chicken pasta that had veggies mixed in S: 100 calorie pack of choc chip cookies have not had NEAR enough to drink today...*sigh*  am currently working on a HUGE glass of water...but still won't be enough to drink today....

Hummmm, middle of the week already! Breakfast: Raisin Bran and skim ... valentine's cadbury eggs! Lunch: Protein shake Snack: Light string cheese Dinner: Hormeal Turkey Chili and crackers Snack: 1 Hardboiled egg Later snack: Yoplait Lite yogurt ...scale still not budgin!...

first thing - latte later - 2 egg white one yolk - scrambled with onions and a slice of american cheese - 2 veggie sausage patties lunch - 1 cup of homemade chicken salad from last night's rottiserrie chicken and 15 RF cheeze-it crackers dinner - sliced turkey and string cheese, 1/2 a crown of steamed brocolli snack - cheesecake mocha espresso protein shake - I don't know why, but tonight I dumped on this....I guess instead of "hump" day, it was 'dump" day!

b - 3/4th cu kellogs high protein cereal, little FF milk, 4 raspberries l - 1/2 of a microwave container of campbells veggie soup, 2.5 pieces of melba toast, few bites of watermelon, few bites of LF cottage cheese s - few almonds, couple mini rice cakes d - salad - spinach, green leaf, cukes, celery, carrots, broccoli slaw, dried cranberries little FF dressing, beef soft taco - lo carb wrap, 94% lean ground beef mixed with kidney beans, LF cheese, LF sour cream, few bites of chips and salsa

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

Breakfast-12 oz. fat free milk with 1 scoop of muscle milk light chocolate milk

Mid-morning snack-1 cup of Weigh****chers Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt with 12 Blue Diamond Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Almonds, 100 calorie pack of pepperidge farms cookies

Lunch-My company catered in lunch and I didn't eat that much because, honestly, it was pretty rank. I had two small bites of this grilled chicken with a mushroom sauce on top, 2 bites of oven roasted potatoes (way too crunchy), 1/4 cup of friend okra. The only thing half decent was the dessert: banana pudding, I had a small bowl of it.

Pre-dinner Snack: a few chips and salsa and a 100 calorie pack of Candy covered Oreo snacks

Dinner-6 oz. bacon wrapped venison filet (my dad's a hunter), leftover vegetables from the roast (carrots, mushrooms, celery, a small bit of potato and green beans) with a small dallop of fat free sour cream.  I forgot to add that I consumed 102 oz. of water for the day.
