I am alive and well

Well I started off at 299lbs.
I was 260lbs the day of surgery.

I am 7 months out from surgery and at 180lbs. I feel great!! 
I am working as a Medical Technician at Topeka Ear Nose and Throat and I love it. I am also the Youth Director at my church now. I stay very busy and not around ehre much. Sorry! Just wanted to update you all.  I am getting in all my vitamins, protien and water. My 6 month labs looked great. I've added new pictures and a profile update not to long ago. I'll update again in a few days when 7 months is afficialy here.
